Faulty Box

Unfortunate sometime the faulty element of your Sky system is the box itself but don't worry it's pretty straight forward to get fixed. If the box is still within its 1 year warranty contact Sky directly (or the installation company who fitted the box) and they will arrange for it to be repaired or replaced. If you are outside your 1 year warranty then we can arrange of your box repaired for you.
